Cycling Without Age pilots are the heart of our charity. You don't need to be a competitive cyclist — just someone who wants to make a real difference to people experiencing loneliness or isolation.

1

Register your interest

Sign up via Book2Go — our scheduling platform. Then email your local hub to let us know you've registered, as Book2Go does not automatically alert our team.

2

DBS check & induction

We arrange and fund an enhanced DBS safeguarding check, then run you through a practical trishaw induction at your local hub.

For families, carers & professionals

Request a free trishaw ride

Rides are always free. Anyone can refer someone — you don't need to be a healthcare professional. Simply contact the hub that covers your area.

Who can make a referral? Family members, neighbours, friends, carers, GPs, social workers, occupational therapists, care home staff, community connectors, and voluntary sector workers — anyone who knows someone who would benefit from getting out and feeling the wind in their hair. Hub leaders coordinate scheduling and will be in touch to arrange a suitable time.
